Dead Pixel Nokia Lumia 830

I recently experienced dead/stuck pixels on my one-year-old Nokia Lumia 830. And let me just tell you, it has like a thousand lines on my screen. I mean what the heck is going on here. What I did was, I recently factory reset my phone and upgrade my microSD to 32.

PLEASE! I need help on this. I really love my phone in terms of OS. I, most of the time market this brand to my friends. Now, how can I do that with this? I tried every Dead Pixel Fixer there is in the Store but still no luck.

Do you have any sample photos which you can upload here so we can have a closer look at the probable issue?

Dead pixels don't appear as lines... since pixels are just dots. A dead pixel will appear as a nuisance dot in all photos taken using that camera and it will appear in the same spot every time.
