Dead tiles in kids corner

My wife had a Nokia Lumia 925 phone. She set up kids corner for my son. After it was upgraded from WP 8 to WP 8.1 a number of dead tiles appeared in kids corner. I think these tiles opened videos before the upgrade. When you select them they simply give an error saying:

Sorry, we can't play this file on your phone.

Error code: c00d36c4

At first we just made these tiles small put them at the bottom and ignored them. After dropping and breaking her phone we purchased brand new Lumia 925 and did a restore from a backup. It appears that these broken tiles in kids corner have also been restored. I have tried going into the settings and removing all the videos and putting them back again with no success. Does anyone know a way to get rid of these tiles?

If you cant lose them with unpinning the tile or delete the particular app. Then maybe is a hard reset a option. Of course without the use of the backup.
