Guys serious question. I'm migrating to WP from Android (Nexus 5) I'm torn between the 1020 and 1520.
If i go with the 1020 (mostly because of its Awesome cam) will i be having trouble in the future? (update wise?)
OR should I stick with the biggest baddest phone Nokia has to offer?:sweaty:

If camera is more important choose Lumia 1020. Hardware isn't that old for windows phone. Its still running the OS pretty well even on windows phone 8.1 But if gaming is more important, opt Lumia 1520 since it has SD800 SoC and 2GB ram. I will say 1520 is more future proof phone because of hardware, Camera is not bad either on Lumia 1520. Also cyan update is bring some great new features which are exclusive to Lumia 1520 like mirracast, living images (this may come to other devices in future). Now you have to decide you need a good camera or a much future proof phone. And yes don't forget the screen size , 4.5 VS 6 on Lumia 1520.

I just recently sold my 1020 and bought a 1520. I love it, if you can do the size I think the pros outweigh the one con. (41 MP vs 20 MP) everthing else is amazing on the 1520. The SD storage is a very welcome feature. I would have to delete a lot of picture on my 1020 to avoid filling up the 32GB. Now I have a 32 GB SD card and can alway upgrade. The 1080p screen is amazing and for 95% of what I do the large screen is an improvement, I haven't used it too much yet but battery seems better, 200 mAh vs 3400 mAh I think.
That being said, before I switched to the 1020 I had the 920 so part of the reason I wanted something else was for over a year I had the 920 and the 1020 was very similar besides the massive camera. Both are great phones and I do miss the amazing pictures that the 1020 could take, but for me the trade off is worth it.
