Ok, so I turned off Developer Preview got the update but still didn't get Hey Cortana options. I have a US 925. Also, interesting, I turned Def Prev back on and info reverted back to saying Cyan but OS and firmware stayed current. Any ideas on the Cortana part?

Hey Cortana is only fot devices with a SoC snapdragon 800 ( 930/icon and the 1520) and not for other devices.
