Desktop Cortana Doesn't Notify Me Of Missed Calls Or Texts

I'm using build 10586 on phone (Lumia Icon) and desktop.
I have Cortana, on both, set to notify on other devices.
I can text, from the desktop, but it doesn't notify me of missed calls or texts (I thought it was supposed to do both, but the wording is just calls).
Is it working, for anyone else?

Afaik Cortana won't notify you if you have missed texts :/ Missed calls has been working for me tho

A bit silly, but did you end up simply turning the feature on and off with a reboot thrown in for good measure?

I verified the setting, on both devices.
I'm sure that I've restarted both devices, but I'll give it a whirl.
