Did I lose video skype on wi-fi?

I don't think I tried skype on my 950xl with video until the other day. And when I tried it, it said I needed some skype credit or something to pay for it with. Did that change? I know I used to do it on my Nokia 928. Did I miss an option or something? Or is video pay only now?
