Did Nokia covers touch damage in warranty ?

I have L520, I am from India. My screen gets broken and touch is not working. The phone have still 6 Months warranty. Does Nokia covers touch damage also and whether I go for for new phone or get repair this ?

If its under warranty still Nokia have an obligation to fix it free of charge (unless they find that you have tampered or damaged it on your own). If they claim its you that had damaged they will normally state this and you can still have it fixed at a price but you will have to see how much because the 520 is very cheep now so maybe a better option to get a new one if they do want to charge you
