Disabling right-click and mouse-over for touch screen input

Does anyone know if there's a way to (temporarily) disable the press-and-hold action for touch screen input that allows someone to right click or mouse over content? I'm currently running Windows 8.1 on a Surface Pro.

Yes...in Ctrl Panel, Pen & Touch Settings.

CTRL Panel | Pen and Touch | Press and hold > Settings | uncheck 'Enable press and hold for right clicking'
