I have the onscreen keyboard disabled in ease of access settings in windows 10, but the damn thing keeps popping up whenever I touch a form or url bar in Chrome. I'm using a bluetooth keyboard so I need it to stop popping up.

This is really frustrating, has anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it?

Sounds like a bug in Chrome. Chrome should obey the Windows Settings. File a bug report with them.
