Displaying the time in the Phone App

In the Phone app under the Recents tab, the call listings are displayed with the from (name or number) and a date, but I don't see a time. If I tap the call & select History, I can see the time there, but that seems like a lot of work just to find out a time. What I want is just a list that displays the name, date, and time. I consider these to be the most significant parts of a call, and I would like to see them without going through multiple menus. Is there a way to change this? Thank you.

Open phone app / setting / display options. Here you'll get your option s.

I tried that, but the only options are:

Sort by
Name format
Choose theme

None of these give or mention time. Any other ideas?

I still can't find anything related to time. Is it possible that it is located in a different place on the Surface Duo (I know that even though they are both Android, there are a number of things that are located in different places)?
