Yep, absolutely an amazing case! We had the Lumia 521 (prepaid phone) and used that case, then when we recently upgraded to the icon we got it again. The three days I had my icon while waiting for the case to come in the mail drove me nuts! I am paranoid something bad is going to happen - not to mention, it's just pretty slippery without the case. That being said, my daughter prefers the "pretty" cases I've the durable cases (she's young lol) and she's dropped her phone - both versions - PLENTY of times and they came out entirely unfazed. Nokia is VERY durable! (Husband dropped his IN WATER and it survived)

I use a cheap flip case and looking at the scuffed and scraped state of it now shows just why I need it. I wouldn't bother paying a lot for a case for just that reason. I do not understand the "spoiling the look" argument as the phone is for me to look at the screen and not bothered what other people may think.

Being the paranoid fellow I am, I opted for a Blue and Black case from Trident. I understand the reasoning behind preserving the beauty of the Lumia 928 as well. I think the case looks pretty cool, but I side with caution here. I have yet to drop the phone but I know as soon as I take it off I will drop it. I have insurance on it. I just want to take good care of it, it is a beautiful piece of engineering.

I have a case for my 928 as does my wife for hers. She has dropped hers with a case on, and it still broke the screen. Still had to pay $100 for a refurbished phone from Verizon WITH insurance.

In this particular instance from Verizon, the 928 is only offered in black or white. Very disappointing, as I believe the colors are what makes Windows Phone unique (at least it was until the likes of Apple and Motorola copied it). A case can give color to where there is none. The sleek Feather and other thinner cases can still maintain that streamlined look, while giving a bit of color to the drab offerings from Verizon.

Hi,

I saw that Nokia will release a flip case/cover for the 930 with the reference CP-637 (Accessories for Nokia Lumia 930 - Nokia). There is very little information about this cover at the moment.

In my opinion it does look much better than the other flip cases out there. It seems slick, gives easy access to the side buttons and keeps the vibrant colors of the 930. Does anyone know how easy it is to handle the phone with the case on (to give calls, use the keyboard, take pictures, play games...), how light it is, how efficient it is to protect from accidental drops and scratches (not sure how the flap remains closed)?

Thanks!
