Does Nokia Lumia 635 sync with smart watches

I have brought a smart watch for my birthday, hoping to link it to my nokia lumia 635, but i cannot figure out how to get my notifications or vedios to work from my phone on to my watch.
Can anyone help me or give me advice please?!

First off welcome to windows central, what sort of smartwatch are you trying to use on your lumia 635? Have you tried asking the same question over at mobile nations other website connectedly?
