Does Windows 10 Mobile build 10136 read SD card apps reliably?

I've been thinking about jumping back into Windows Insider testing following my fiasco with Build 10080, where it would never read the apps from my SD card reliably. It would read them occasionally, but often, it would take upwards of 15 minutes to do so. And even after it did, most of my apps, even built-in apps, would still crash almost immediately. This problem is the reason why I headed back to 8.1 from build 10080. Now that 10136 is out, I want to make sure this problem is gone before I resume my Insider testing.
