Does windows 10 remove carrier locking?

Hi all, i have a Lumia which is locked to Tesco mobile, was wondering if now that it is on windows 10 if that which was locking it would be removed and i could put another networks sim in it?

If the unit is locked by the carrier, you would need an unlock code or take it to a shop that does that. Just installing Windows 10 will not unlock your phone.
