Double activation of Cortana on Win10PC and Phone

Does Microsoft has any solution for the double activation of Cortana on phone and PC when they are next to each other and you use the "Hey Cortana" feature?

I guess they could make it so your last used device is the active device, but they haven't said anything thus far.
