Double Phone app in start menu

Was previously on Windows 10 Technical Preview, rolled back via LSRT to 8 (latest version available), upgraded to 8.1, then hard reset and restored a Win 10 back up accidentally, is there any way to remove one of the Phone apps (which says Phone off on tile compared to my network one) without a factory reset...?

on the home screen tap and hold until it "wiggles" the tap the uninstall circle.

A default app cannot be uninstalled..

You don't have to uninstall it...just unpin the extra phone tile and soft reset your phone.

my bad. meant unpin. had same issue when i reverted to 8.1 from wp10.
