Hi everyone,
If you change your touch screen, will the double tap and high sensitivity work again? or you lose them?

Does them depend on touch screen?

I suppose if you buy from the right supplier there's no reason why it shouldn't work. But you wanna be extra careful replacing screens, because there are often a lot of minute soldering connections that can be easily ruined

If you only change the touch panel or the glass, you'll get a bad job anyway. You can get a screen assembly but i've never seen a genuine one for sale, i mean one exactly the same as the original one under every aspect, maybe a good quality one will have genuine lcds and touch screen anyway, but the glass and the capacitive buttons are always different. They cost almost the same as what repair centres ask you for the job done for a genuine screen so...
