Double tap to wake

Hi im just wondering why double tap to wake isnt working on my L520,i have the latest update on 8.1 i even tried downgrading it to 8 and still it doesnt work. Anyone else got this problem too?

Mine works on 8.1, but it's not 100% reliable. I assume you see the setting in Screen settings?

Yes i can see it i even tried hard resetting It and it doesnt work.. I have another question.. Will it work if my lcd is replaced? Or is it software problem on mu device??

Double tap to wake does not work when the proximity sensor is blocked. Do you have any case or something else that is blocking it?

What do you mean blocking it? Like an app or a CASE?? I do have a case for my L520 but i dont have a screen guard.

Go in a well lit room, on your phone's front side, right of Nokia Logo you will see a dot. I mean if the cover is covering that dot, proximity sensor won't work properly.

Yeah its already on its almost always on and everday im trying to make it work...
