downgrading to previous OS version

hello everyone

I recently installed the gdr2 software update and the problems started rolling in : rebooting, sim errors, turning off, not making any sound when someone cals,....:angry:

Now i was wondering if it was possible to go back in os version --> so just delete the gdr2 update and go back to happier times?
I've been googling for a while now but i can't find a decent answer, I hope one of you guys could help me out

Yes NCS is for Lumia only.

Oops! I'm so sorry. Haven't noticed the HTC 8X on the title. But I guess you have to keep up with GDR2. Sadly there seems to be no going back.
