download an app onto multiple devices

I jumped ship from Apple about 2 weeks ago and so far i have had some problems but i like the phone overall. Now my son wants to get a smart phone and im thinking about the Nokia
520. My question is if i download a paid app onto my phone is there anyway of getting it on his phone without having to purchase again? this was easily done on my iPhone and his iPod so im hoping
there is a way.. we each have separate Microsoft id's. could we use the same Xbox id on our phones while using our different Microsoft id's? I have linked us as family on Microsoft websites already..

I'm pretty sure you'll have to have both phones set up using the same Microsoft ID in order to do that.

That's assuming he will want to use the same apps as you. Not only that but backups that are restored will have your information and his when restored. It would be better to have two separate accounts with yours set as a parental account using My Family on windowsphone.com ;-)
