How could i download those games which require 1 gb ram on my phone having 512 mb ram

Buy a better phone... There is a reason for not allowing it. You will be back complaining the game does not run good on your phone. And then blaming the dev or Nokia. But if you can find the game elsewhere, you can side load it by putting it on the root of your SD card (if available) or the phone.
