Download status 0% while updating to GDR2 over WiFi

i have Nokia Lumia 920 At&t unlocked, i already got the download notification last week for GDR2+Amber update, i didn't update it because i haven't got Wifi connection at work place, so i came home today, and start download, but the download status is still at 0% since 1 hour, Wifi is working properly, i able to download and updates apps from store, IE is working perfectly, download speed is around 2MB/s.. i restart the phone and start to download, no chance.. and again did a soft reset by holding volume down + power button, still no chance.. what can i do now,,,,
