Downloading again and again the new update by Recovery tool

Hello.I have Lumia 1020.WP 8.1 Preview for developers.
I want to downgrade with Nokia software recovery tool.But after downloading 1.64 GB , It starts again 1.64 GB without any Errors.I do it more times.But no change and it repeats download,My laptop is Windows 8.
Help Please?!

That's really weird. Never happened to me ever. Which version of the NSR tool are you using ? Recently an update came out fixing some issues.

It is 1.5.0 .
It happened for other people. Like this in post #9 :

After this unsuccessful update my lumia have had very problems.Crashing always Use very more power and many others .

Better uninstall NSR. And download the latest version! Hope it'll work
