Downloading Larger Games / Apps / Podcasts Over Cellular?

Anyone know yet if they increased the limit for downloading things through the Store in Windows Phone 8 over cellular?

I mean, it's kind of ridiculous that they won't let me download some longer podcasts over LTE, but I can stream it fine.
