downloading updates 0% stuck while updating GDR3

Hi guys ,I was trying to update GDR3 preview for my Lumia 620 but somehow its isnt responding ...i mean its getting stuck at 0% ...i tried plugging in my phone with a charger but nothing works .what to do ?

I got an option for downloading update and I clicked YES but somehow my mobile tower got lost and its stuck at zero percent and bow in not getting an option for downloading it again ..what to do ..plz help.

Have to be connected to WiFi. If that doesn't work then restart your phone.

Have done it for several,times but nothing seems working :s

Sorry it took me so long. Soft reset with the hardware combo or pull the battery. Give it 5 minutes and repeat until it shows progress. It took mine no time to download so even with a bad connection you should be done fast.

Bro ,i have done soft reset several times .it isnt showing any progress ,its only showing "downloading status 0%" with or without data connection on. i wanna have GDR3 priview in my phone ....dunno how much time it would take

It took mine 10 minutes. Download and all. Try to uninstall then reinstall the app and do through the process again.

Thanks bro ..i tried it again but nothing worked i nhard set mu Lima 620 and it started showing two gears but thanks to Wp forum ,i found the soultion for that

I also faced the same issue and I got solution from Microsoft Help - Windows update will not download updates - stuck at 0% downloading
