DP 8.1 touch problems Lumia 520

i have lumia 520 DP 8.1
now i noticed a big problem with touch
many times the screen does not respond to touch. it stuck no back working. not any windows button working
it will work after lock and unlock the phone
and after soft reset phne screen going totally black

anyone having this problem?????
plz give me suggestion to slove this

I had this problem too, seems like 8.1 is breaking touch on the 520. I've flashed back to GDR3, but the touch didn't work anymore. Replacing the digitizer solved the problem for me. Have you got model RM-915 or 914?

phone too cold/ overheat? did you dropped your phone before? did you accidentally dropped water into it?

I've started facing this issue of late on my Nokia 520 after the recent update through Preview for Developer. The symptoms are exactly same as the one reported ..
