Windows Central Question

I have a dual monitor display. The display is set to extend across both monitors. When I maximize a window on the left monitor, there's 1 layer of pixels that is sticking into the other display and it's very bothersome. How do I fix this? The monitor on the right has no way of adjusting the screen position, and adjusting screen position on the left does not do anything.
