Dual Sim - Dual 3g/4g? Or 1 slot 2g and 1 slot 3/4g?

Fairly simple question, but I cannot find definite information. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spots.

Does the Luma 640 Dual sim support 3/4g in both simslots?

What about the 640xl, 650 or 950(xl)? Does any of those phones support dual 3/4g sims?

All those are locked to 2G on the secondary SIM, no getting around it.

Thx. Was considering getting one, to use my work sim with a private data sim. Guess I won't be doing that then. Too bad

It does support 4G/3G on both of the SIM slots however only 1 of the either slots can be enabled for 4G/LTE while the other SIM would switch to only 2G network
