Dual-sim or not to Dual sim

When you have just one SIM and start the phone, you will see 2 signal icons, notification that sim2 is missing and 2 phone apps and 2 messaging apps. You can turn off second unused sim slot(at least i read it somewhere here) ? You will link apps so you will have just one Phone and Messaging app? Does this also mean that in phone app you will have 2 green buttons Call 1 and Call 2? Is there option for the unused icon Signal 2 to disapear? Is there option for sim missing notification disappear?

I have read that in Czech they might be selling single sim versions too later this month so I am just thinking of buying DS now, when I will never use second sim, or just wait for single sim version.

I'm fairly certain you can have the phone not bug you with the second SIM (including removing the dialer and related apps).

The only disadvantage is that dual-SIM models cannot do 300Mb/s down over LTE.
