Dual SIM smart settings now works

Now when you enter network settings and want to adjust smart SIM instead of a broken webpage it forwards you to the store to DL the app. Microsoft fixed a broken link.

I have noticed it too, now link is correct and leads to Store app called Smart Dual Sim which integrates into Network services Settings. Found it today, came here to report, but found your post. Too bad it isn't reported on Windows community websites. Now only you and me know that
