Dumb tiles question?

Hi, I'm new to WP and have a potentially stupid question re: arranging tiles.

When I move/delete a tile and it creates a blank spot, is there a way to make all the other tiles shift up to fill that space? Or do I really have to move something new in or something from the bottom up (rather than shift each tile up one)?

As far as I know there's no auto-shifting. I wish there was!

The only time it seems to auto shift is if you delete two tiles in a row or one big tile that takes up the whole row and THEN it shifts up. I wish we had what you are talking about though.

I guess it is better than on iOS where you don't have the option to have a blank space, but it's still kind of annoying. Hopefuly Apollo will bring more nuanced tile features (more sizes, arrangement, etc.).
