Duplicated Pictures: Fixed

So earlier I had a problem where my pictures were duplicated: twice, thrice, even 4x! To me, it usually happens whenever I unmount the SD card or sync to PC using the WP app (I use the app to see if it just "works"). I figured to insert the SD card directly into the PC to check its contents. What did I see? No duplicates. I figured to move the contents to the HDD, format the card, then re-insert the card with NOTHING in it. Started up the phone, opened the Photo Hub, still has my background and folder thumbs, but of course it now points to the phone, where nothing is stored on. Backed out, went into Storage settings, let that refresh. Turned off the phone, card to PC, moved everything back over. Card back in phone, started it up, and first thing I did was go to Storage settings. My pictures were under Other. Figured to go to the Photo Hub, and saw 'Updating'. I assume it was being categorized. But all-in-all, no more duplicated pix.

I'm still getting duplicates, even though I don't have SD card in the phone anymore. Any fixes for this issue? Really bothering me...
