Hello people! Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I already tried soft reset, formating my SD in my Lumia and in my PC.

It's really annoying to see every single one of my pictures duplicated o triplicated.

A little help please! :orly: :unhappysweat:

The same happened on my 820. Hard reset fixed it. Make sure everything is backed up. Good luck.

Thank you! I've never done a hard reset or a back up... I know this might seem stupid but could you tell me how to do it?

Connect to a PC and copy everything you need (Pictures, videos etc etc) from the phone to the PC. Also in your phone settings, make sure apps and settings sync is on. This will sync your phone settings and downloaded apps so that those will automatically restore after the reset via internet.

After this is done, go to settings > About > and click "reset your phone". Read and acknowledge the warning message and make sure you are ready.

Resetting will clear all the data in your phone memory. And also repairs the OS.

This usually fixes most of the issues with the phone.

This issue mostly surfaces when you delete photos from your computer's explorer rather than the photos hub. A hard reset works. There is no other alternative, in my experience.

Thank you so much! I'm gonna try to do that.
