Duplicating my Media Data. plz help me...

Im using Nokia Lumia #520. I have a problem with my mobile. when i save a picture or capture a picture ill show two to three image in my media gallery and music and videos too :unhappysweat:. i format my sd card and copy the data again and again but the problem has no solution. what can i do now. anybody plz help mee.....:crying:

Thankq for the reply. but there is no solution and most of them telling that its a bug in os and may be fixes in coming amber update.
