Earpiece - no sound

Bought the phone Brand New but the earpiece doesn't seem to work. When I plug in headphones I can hear everything as well as on speaker but no sound at all coming from the earpiece.

I searched online and this forum. Did a hard reset of the phone but still no fix. Anyone else experienced this issue or have an alternate solution?

Did the earpiece ever work?

I think by doing a Hard reset you have pretty much rued out software. It might be time for applying your warranty with the seller.

The earpiece has never worked. Phone is brand new bought from the Microsoft Store.

Thanks for the reply. I thought it might have been something I overlooked. Off to the Microsoft Store tomorrow.
