Earpiece speaker not working!

This happened, out of the blue, two days ago. Do I need to reset the phone or get it replaced? I can hear using the loudspeaker and my network's fine. I sometimes talk on the phone when I'm sweating, so I'm guessing some of the sweat got inside the earpiece?
