Edge Chromium Keyboard Box Issue

Using a Surface Go device with all appropriate updates. When browsing random websites, if I engage the touch keyboard then close the keyboard, a white box remains where the keyboard was if I scroll down. If I scroll up it will not appear, but once I scroll down it resumes the space where the keyboard would be if I had it on. Any ideas how to correct the issue?
