Edge some times will not start.

Hi all,
Some times when I click on Edge on the task bar, I get a brief outline of a box and no browser.
A restart fixes this
It is not an internet connection as Bing loads np, and Google Chrome is up and running.
I'am using AVG as protection and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.
