edjing app support team is absolutely dumb !

I'm talking about the app edjing - DJ Turntables - Mixer Console Studio

The app keeps crashing on my phone so I wrote them the following mail :

Hi Team,

I installed edjing - DJ Turntables - Mixer Console Studio on my Nokia Lumia 1320 running WP8.1 with Cyan firmware. When I open the app and select a track, the app keeps crashing and return to the app menu list. This has happened several times.

Also for many songs, its not allowing me to select and saying the track is too long. Can you please look into these bugs and fix them at the earliest.

After a day I get the following reply :

Hello,

First of all, thanks for using edjing!

Could you be more specific? When does it crash exactly? While doing what? Randomly?

It might be a RAM issue though (we recommend to have 1GB of RAM minimum). Please make sure to free up some RAM on your device and to avoid tracks that last longer than 10 min.

Could you please try to close all your other apps when using edjing and tell us if it works better?
