email alert tone wont save

I have always had my email alert tone disabled in the past, but trying to enable it today and set it as Windows email but when I go back out of the settings it doesn't save the change, any other change I make saves fine just that one that refuses to save.

Anyone else had this problem, or know a fix?

Im on OS version 8.0.10521.155
firmware v 3056.40000.1349.2003
