Email not working on Windows Phone 8.1 Preview!

Could not open my email after updated to WP 8.1 preview yesterday.
Can somebody help??
Tried soft reset but problem is still there.

Also, tried to enable Cortana (outside US) by changing region and language to US but failed.
Can anyone tell me why???

What happens?

Have you tried deleting your email account and adding it back.

Can you at the very least tell us what email provider you're using...?

I'm using Hotmail.
My Microsoft have the same email address so I couldn't delete it and add it back.
I think the problem is the email app. Not email provider.
Does anybody encountered the same problem as I?

I have been having sync issues with both Yahoo and Hotmail accounts today. I re-boot my NL1020 and it's fine for a while, then the problem comes back. If I look at my email accounts in settings, it will read "Not up to date" under the account.

Problem solved after hard reset.
Cortana is working well too
