Email sync problem

I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere but I'm going mad trying to find just where.

I have a Microsoft account. I have an Office365 subscription (home premium).

My contacts in Outlook 2013 are synchronised to my Outlook.com account and to my phone (Nokia Lumia 925).

My calendar in Outlook 2013 is synchronised to my Outlook.com account and to my phone.

But when I try to add my Outlook.com or Office 365 to my phone (under email+accounts...add an account...Outlook) I am prompted for my email address & password, which I have presumed to be my MS account login details, I get a password wrong error.

Where am I going wrong? Why can't I just sync to Outlook.com where I already have 3 email accounts set up & working just fine?

Help please, before I pull out what little hair I have left.

Okay, could you check what e-mail your Microsoft Account is?

If it is in fact your Outlook.com account, you don't need to ;)

For Office 365, just check in the Office Hub.

My outlook.com address is already my Microsoft Account, but I don't need to set up my e-mail anymore for it to work.

...Though, I'm not entirely sure about Office 365, I don't have an account.

If it's already good to go in the Office Hub, put your hair back into its rightful place.
