empty music + videos settings

Hi, after checking out some tips on reducing battery consumption rate, I found out that my music + videos settings are empty, in the settings page there is only 1 suggestion button that when I clicked on it it does nothing. I was looking to re install the app but cant find it anywhere, any how I can fix this?

This is not a bug or an error. The extra settings you saw (on music + videos) comes exclusively on some regions (mainly US) as "Xbox music". If you live outside of US, chances are you have no Xbox music or extra settings.
