End of Windows Mobile

With MS announcing plans to stop making mobiles, is it the end of support for those who are using Windows powered devices, especially the phones?

No, it's not the end of support. All of the x50 phones will continue to be supported for a while (especially the 950s).

As for slightly older phones, we will see.

this is not the end for windows phone , software will be supported and developed further with new hardware from OEMs. Only time will tell us because of now anything is expected.
