Error 0x80070002

Since the last update, some of my apps close as soon as I try to launch them. I am also running into the issue whenever I try to download anything from the store I received the error 0x80070002.

Any have a solution for this? Resetting the phone didn't work.
 
I had this problem trying to update to the Redstone build. I left the phone to update overnight and in the morning, almost all apps had this problem. THey would open then close immediately. I was unable to launch the Store so I couldn't download them again. The only solution that worked was re-flashing with WDRT and then using Windows Insider app to facilitate the upgrade. Massive PITA, but that's being an Insider I guess.
