Error Code 80004001

Anyone have any idea what error code 80004001 means? I get this whenever I try to download any app. *I've spoken to Microsoft, AT&T, and Samsung and no one can tell me what it means. *I've reset my phone six times now and it's getting really frustrating. *Any help would be appreciated, or if you've encountered this error, how you resolved it would be great.

its got to have something to do with your zune account. try creating a new zune account and see if it still happens

I just created a new account and got the same message.

What phone are you using? Is this directly from the phones marketplace, or installing apps from Zune connected to phone?

Samsung Focus 1.4. I've tried both ways. However on the computer I don't get a error message, it just freezes and does nothing.

I believe that Zune came out with a new EULA and you have to check that you have read and accept the new terms before it will let you buy download stuff

My card did expire so I updated it and am still getting the same error

I am also having the same problem. I can't download any app frm marketplace.
