Error while deploying xap through visual studio

When I'm deploying xap to my phone it gives error that "error - central directory not found".. So what's the problem? My phone is already developer unlocked through visual studio...

No i have downloaded the .xap file through microsoft CDN.. And then while deploying that app's xap to my phone via visual studio it is,giving error...
