Everytime I send a text, mobile operator sends me a message? Help?

I dont know if I messed with a setting but I'm getting a confirmation that my texts were sent.

This is not an issue! Its not related to WP 8.1. It was there in WP8/7. You just needed to turn off the settings

my sms delivery confirmation was already off but i still get that message

I quite like the delivery notification. The best part about 8.1 is that you can mute the thread. So you still know if the other guy has received your SMS, but it doesn't bother you
