1. Can external keyboard and mouse be used with Microsoft Lumia 535?
2. If yes, how it can be installed?
3. Can I use Sony CP/ V5 Power bank for charging that device?

I know that Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse support is coming with Windows 10 for Mobile, though it is not yet in the released previews yet.

USB Keyboard and mouse cannot be used.

I'm not sure what version of WP8.1 is running on your 535, but if it says Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2, then you can pair a Bluetooth keyboard (no mouse support at this time). I have the 640 with Update 2, and it is compatible with a Bluetooth keyboard.
