External USB 3.0 Card problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my USB 3.0 Card. Windows installs the driver of the card without problems and sometimes the USB card works fine without problems, but most of the time it soesn't work and it shows in the device manager:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

Has someone an idea what could be the problem? On W7 the card works fine without any problems. I tried reinstalling the driver more than once and tried installing it manually and with DriverBooster, but the problem persists.
